Overview

Overall access to the shopping centre great. Free parking for Blue Badge holders, decent sized lifts and wide aisles. Plenty of places to choose from for eating & drinking and there is even indoor Crazy Golf and play areas for kids.

Transport & Parking

We drove and there is free parking for Blue Badge holders. The spaces are spacious and it is easy to access the restaurants and the lift to the shops and cinema from them.

Access

There are decent sized lifts. The aisles are wide and there is good signage. Particularly impressed with the drop counter at the Information Desk. It's an outlet centre and there are lots of shops including TK Maxx, Nike Factory Store, French Connection etc. There are lots of restaurants including Nando's, Pizza Express, Burger King, MacDonalds and a whole host more!

Toilets

I saw signs to different accessible loos but didn't use them.

Staff

Didn't need any staff assistance but all staff we met very pleasant.

Great place if the weather is bad - the dinosaurs at the Crazy Golf are brilliant!!
