Overview
This once tired and dark village pub has been transformed into an architectural masterpiece serving simple yet excellent food. And my favourite beer by Steve from Alfred's brewery. The building works as a summer, winter, wet, hot destination with great inside and outside spaces for formal or casual dining. Everything makes this place one of my favourite destinations.
Transport & Parking
There are only 2 disabled spaces which are fantastic but the rest of the parking is up a very steep slope. Plenty of drop off space if this will work for you.
Access
There is a tiny threshold step but I other than that I cannot fall the access
Toilets
Impeccable and beautifully finished, always spotless - I forget to check if there was a grab rail so I will have to go back!
Staff
Could not be more accommodating, even cleaned my special cutlery I took with me.
