Overview
My friend and I were in the village of Lynhurst back in May it was a Saturday the main entrance into the pub and restaurant was through the main entrance door which is quite narrow and has a step I use an electric scooter and even if it could go up the step the entrance was very narrow. My friend went in to ask if they had disabled access into the premises to which she got the reply Yes they did but It wasn't being used as they had a restaurant table across it. So we couldn't enter. To be fair Lyndhurst itself has plenty of places to eat but most of them are not scooter or wheelchair friendly. We did eventually find somewhere we could eat and they were so helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. But the biggest pub in Lyndhurst made no attempt to accommodate us
Transport & Parking
Access
We could not use the disabled access to enter the pub as they had a restaurant table across it
Toilets
Staff
Made no effort at all to accommodate myself as disabled and an electric scooter user with disabled access blocked off they could not offer anything else.
