Rustic village pub

Overview
The Eagle is a traditional Hampshire village pub serving real ales and food at certain times. The building is not ideally wheelchair accessible but I can gain entrance in my RGK manual wheelchair. 2 of the 3 entrances have a small but awkward step, the rear entrance is very tight to manoeuvre. There is no wheelchair accessible wc but a small wheelchair can get into one of the ladies wc. Sadly the pub is not clean. The adjacent skittle alley is up a slope and there is one enormous step. The garden is accessed via a steep slope with loose gravel - not for the faint hearted
Transport & Parking
The Carpark is sloped and small but is tarmac. There is ample on street parking to the front and the village is rarely busy.
Access
The access is limited and the landlord has no interest to improving access
