Overview

The ground floor has a very small display of items, most of the stuff is in the basement and the first floor, and these are reachable only by staircase. A tablet device allows you to browse the shop's many products, and staff will then fetch whatever you're interested in.

Transport & Parking

Zillions of buses go up and down Oxford Street. There are no step-free stations nearby, though if you're very patient you could wait until Bond Street Station becomes step-free some time in the next five years. I wouldn't dream of trying to park in this area.

The ground floor has a very small display of items, most of the stuff is in the basement and the first floor, and these are reachable only by staircase - the shop has no lift. A rather unreliable tablet device on a pedestal (see my photo below) allows you to browse the shop's many products, and staff will then gladly fetch whatever you're interested in, with the proviso that they don't stock everything listed on the tablet. This is a reasonable compromise, given that the two main floors of the shop are not wheelchair-accessible, though it's far from ideal, and it would be better if the tablet were less temperamental - it took me several attempts just to list men's shoes, and I had to get a member of staff's help before I could get the list to display properly.

I didn't see any toilet in this shop.

Staff

The staff are sweet and helpful, and keen to fetch whatever you like the look of on the annoyingly temperamental tablet display. One star lost for allowing the tablet to be kept in such a ramshackle state.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

If you have a fairly good idea of what you're after, this is a viable shop for wheelchair users, but for myself I prefer to go to the displays myself and browse by handling the products rather than choosing them from tiny images on a tablet which does its best to be obtusely uncooperative.
