Overview

Spent 4 nights here and had a great stay. Staff superb- friendly and very helpful. Accessibility good , room lovely and spacious , wet room ok but shower a little careworn but functional and no raised toilet. However the toilets off the main corridor near the bar and bistro were better , wheelchair accessible and raised toilets. Can’t thank the staff enough

2 disabled loos were easy to find, there was enough space for wheelchair and carer, grab rails present and they were clean and tidy with an emergency pull cord

Ally, his brother Nichol and Lorna on the desk were particularly outstanding helping with doors retrieving Ewan’s straws left behind, moving luggage and Nichol helped lift Ewan up off a particularly soft sumptuous sofa where he managed to get stuck!
