Overview
Absolutely fantastic for a short trip out to see the donkeys
Transport & Parking
Car park is great - flat and plenty of room, though no allocated accessible bays. It is a bit far from the city centre but there are regular buses from Stockport, Chorlton & Ashton that stop almost outside.
Access
Bit tricky getting in door! But someone always helped us. Paths outside are flat and pretty smooth. Playground has accessible swing and roundabout :) :)
Toilets
Perfect. Range of facilities including ceiling track hoist and changing bed
Staff
Lovely all very nice and helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It is really nice for an hour or two out. You can see the donkeys and have a snack in the cafe. There is an accessible play area (kids who use wheelchairs can go on swing or roundabout) and a sensory room. Nice little gift shop too. There are a range of different activities, like riding a donkey or in a cart behind one and meet the donkeys - you have to book these via website.
