Zero stars. Steps at all entrances, no ramps or lifts. I was unable to get inside.
Transport & Parking
Bank Station is nearby but step-free only to DLR. Blackfriars Station is some distance away and fully step-free. Zillions of buses serve the City of London.

Zero stars. Steps at all entrances, no ramps or lifts. I was unable to get inside. The Wetherspoons website claims this branch has step-free access. It doesn't.
Toilets
I don't know about toilets because I was unable to get inside the pub.
