Overview

On our visit we found the staff to be very helpful, kind and chatty. The decor is modern and pleasing to the eye. The atmosphere is calm, light and warm. The staff were patient and took time to listen with one student who was using their AAC device. The location is handy but there is currently no pedestrian access to the path going to the entrance - you need to cut across the car park and with a wheelchair you need to move quickly. The quality and price of the drinks is amazing - especially the hot chocolate and marshmallows. There is a ramp to the outside patio which will be lovely in warm weather.

Transport & Parking

Although we walked there are ample disabled car parking spaces close to the entrance. The bus stop is just outside and travels in both directions.

Toilets

The toilets were good - spacious and clean

Staff

The staff were friendly, chatty and helpful. They were patient and attentive.
