Overview

Nice, fully accessible restaurant and bar in the centre of Leeds. The vibe of the location is art deco 1920s, with lots of portraits and countryside paintings on the walls. The waiters are all smartly dressed in waistcoats. Plenty of gluten free options available and a waiter was able to advise on other food allergies.

Transport & Parking

We arrived on the bus and the restaurant was two minutes walk from the bus stop. It would have been a five minute walk from Leeds train station. There is no parking directly at the restaurant, but there is plenty of parking in Leeds.

Access

The bar restaurant is accessible via a lift to the first floor. This is big enough for a power wheelchair. Plenty of accessible tables, although the outdoor area is up a step. We did have to ask a few people to move or tuck in chairs so we could reach our table.

Toilets

There is one disabled toilet and this is towards the back of the restaurant by the other toilets. The toilet had reasonable manoeuvrable space but you might struggle in a very large wheelchair. There were grab rails available. The disabled toilet was clean and tidy and checked regularly. The pull cord went to the floor. It was also the location for baby changing but there are no adult changing facilities available.
