Overview
This was a clean and friendly place. It was easily accessible. It had automatic doors and was street level. The prices of drinks and cake reasonable.
Transport & Parking
There is a divorced car park with lots of disabled spaces. It is on a bus route and located within the city centre.
Access
Good access although a bit bumpy on the cobbles. Chairs need moving to fit a wheelchair in but is roomy enough to create space. It is tidy and organised. Automatic doors at the entrance.
Toilets
The hoist in the toilet was out of order due to a flat battery. This was flagged up to staff who responded positively.
Staff
The staff were helpful, patient and friendly. They made the effort to make conversation throughout our visit.
