Overview
My family had a brilliant time at the Old Church at the manse. It’s rare to find a bedroom configuration that suits us but this house has 3 double rooms on the ground floor, one having an en-suite wetroom. (Two bedrooms upstairs too). The ground floor had lots of space. We didn’t have a person who uses a wheelchair with us but the light coloured flooring and flat nature of the ground floor made it very easy to navigate for people with visual impairment and mobility issues. The upstairs area is unlikely to be the draw for physically disabled people, given the spiral staircase. The snooker table and bedrooms upstairs were brilliant but of no interest to my disabled sister so in no way a problem for us. In fact, the snooker table and tv and sofa upstairs gave my parents some time to chill alone. Accessibility and luxury don’t always go hand in hand but this property does cover both bases at once, certainly for the level of accessibility that we needed. A really unique property worth a look if you have a unique family like mine. ❤️
