Overview
Don't get me wrong this is a nice restaurant situated adjacent to the wonderful Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery. The staff were very kind and offered to help on the way out of the restaurant. However I have majors gripes about the wheelchair access because I was anxious around the fact there were no disabled toilets, there was also a step outside. They claimed to be wheelchair accesible but no. They claimed they were getting disabled toilets and it was the same scenario when I dined there first.
Transport & Parking
The parking is hard because the west end of Glasgow always has this bustle about it and no matter what you cannnot get a parking space.
Access
There was no ramp access there was a step leading up into the restaurant. The staff were helpful and aided me leaving the restaurant. There was also no disabled toilets which they claimed were installing which I don't believe.
Toilets
No disabled toilets in sight. The staff explained there was none which was infuriating.
Staff
The staff were kind and understanding and give me assistance on my way out.
