Overview
Very welcoming, friendly staff who moved furniture and opened doors very willingly to accommodate me, food lovely and nice airy atmosphere.
Transport & Parking
Parking outside on the street but no disabled parking at the actual venue that I was aware of but there is a lowered kerb and it was easy to park. There is also a car park nearby.
Access
Everything was on the ground floor. The layout itself is not ideal for wheelchair access but the staff do their best to help, offering to move tables, open doors etc. and were friendly and welcoming.
Toilets
The ladies toilet was also the wheelchair accessible toilet. The toilet itself was clean, spacious and had wall bars etc. but a powerchair would be unable to to access it without moving highchairs etc. which were stored behind the door as they obviously have a problem with storage. The staff offered to move the highchairs for me to get in.
Staff
Staff were all very helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would definitely go again, the food was lovely, the service was great and it's a really good place to go before or after the wheelchair accessible coastal walk from Burghead to Hopeman. I didn't take photos but there are lots online https://en-gb.facebook.com/BothyBurghead/
