Overview
Step-free entrance but the bookshop is so cramped that it's very difficult to get around it in a wheelchair.
Transport & Parking
There are no step-free stations nearby but several bus routes serve the area. I wouldn't dream of trying to park anywhere nearby.
Access
Whilst the entrance to the shop is step-free, which is good, there was a large display basket in the way which made it difficult to enter the stop (I had to force my way past it). Once inside, the gangways between bookshelves were too narrow to negotiate easily in a wheelchair, and I knocked several low-lying items off their shelves in my attempts to get around. I won't be going here again.
Toilets
This is not the sort of bookshop where you would expect to find a toilet.
Staff
Staff seemed friendly but they lose several stars for making the shop such a wheelchair-unfriendly place.
