Overview
Great fish and chip family friendly restaurant near the waterfront. Also sells burgers and pizzas.
Transport & Parking
Cannot comment on public transport as I took my car. There are 2 disabled parking situated beside entrance of restaurant. When we arrived both spaces were empty so my helper parked in second one as more turning space. Although when I got and away to go on pavement to enter restaurant I noticed my car was parked over the dipped kerp. Therefore my car had to be moved into the other space. See image below of parking space where dipped kerb is.
Access
Ramp access into restaurant. Very spacious between tables, there are tables up one step but there plenty of tables on access level. Tables are at acceptable height for my wheelchair.
Toilets
Unable to use disabled toilet because I am a hoist transfer. However, had a look and it was very spacious.
Staff
Staff were very helpful and friendly, staff member spoke to me instead of just my helper which I am always glad about.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Food was delicious and table had a great view overlooking the waterfront. I was glad the restaurant had small plates which meant that I could still have the fish and chips without being put off by a big portion.
