Wheelchairs not welcome

Overview
I am a wheelchair user. We intended to have lunch at the pub to check out accessibility. The pub has a very good reputation for food and drink. However , accessibility is abysmal! The pub is side on to the road and there is front and rear access. The front door is narrow with a high step, just about wheelchair possible, but an inner, outward-opening, lobby door reduces the width, preventing any wheelchair access. The rear door is via the garden, off the large car park. The rear entrance is wide enough for a wheelchair, taking you past a gents toilet and a ladies toilet, both with one step up and narrow doors. No accessible toilet. You enter the pub to be confronted by one step down to a lobby area, then one step up to the main eating area. A total block to a wheelchair! The garden has a timber circular seating shelter, near the back door - not accessible. A steep windy path leads into the back garden. Not inviting if in a wheelchair!
Transport & Parking
3 spaces next to the garden entrance adjacent to the rear of the pub. display a disabled parking sign, with 1 unmarked space, but these are all normal narrow spaces. There could be 3 full size disabled spaces, but that would be pointless as you can’t get in the pub anyway!
Access
See details above. Access is just about manageable if you use a walker, but with difficulty.
Toilets
None, and see comments above.
Staff
Didn’t talk to any. The pub was rammed, on Bank Holiday Sunday.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
So disappointing! I guess it’s a listed building but they’ve got a huge site. More interested in feeding able customers!
