Do not come here if you are a wheelchair user

Overview
Came here with my friends and thought it would be a nice thing to do… I was wrong. This place was not accessible at all for me - I am a full time wheelchair user with no use of my legs.
Transport & Parking
No dedicated accessible parking
Access
No dropped curb and very steep entrance to start with. When we got in we were told there is a ramp put down for me to get to the “accessible toilet”. This ramp was extremely steep and I couldn’t get down it without either falling out of my chair and hurting myself, or I would need someone to help me down - even then I would struggle. Whilst in the arcade, there were next to no machines I could even use as they all required use of your legs. My friend also struggled to use the machines due to mobility issues (he using a walking aid)
Toilets
Their “accessible toilet” was just a red cord, no grab rails around the toilet to help me transfer and wasn’t that big. Couldn’t use it as there was no grab rails. Also no changing places toilet.
Staff
The staff were lovely however. Apologised for it all and said we could meet the manager next week to discuss access changes (don’t know if they will actually implement them though). Also gave me a free tango ice blast, so some positives!
