Overview

Good wheelchair accessibility, good disabled toilet ( but a bit small & cramped with no grab rails in useful places) good helpful staff. Good visit, would recommend

Transport & Parking

Excellent large car park with wheelchair ramp going to restaurant.

Access

Good. Go up the ramp but you need to get a member of staff to open the access foot. We did this by waving through the window - it's quite a walk to get to the main entrance to find a staff member if you have to leave your wheelchair user alone at the top of the ramp. If you know how the system works it's OK & works well.

Toilets

Rather cramped if carer & wheelchair user + chair have to get in. No useful grab rails just one small upright & a drop,down that didn't really help.. Mission could be accomplished but with lots of lifting & support by carer.

Staff

Excellent, helpful, thoughtful , patient

Good view of the bridges, good fish n'chips + other small selections if preferred : burgers etc.
