Overview
I have a Thai wife so i really do enjoy the food, well not too spicy. In my travels i often visit Thai restaurants and while in Salisbury I went to this one on Fisherton Street. There are two Thai restaurants I know of, with a third being a "pub" type restaurant. Lunchtime service was busy but not too busy. Salisbury is a nightmare for parking and streets, having a long history going right back to Roman times, so for me I had to take my scooter and park it outside on the pavement. I must also say the date I visited specified in this review wasn't the day I went, and you can also watch a more indepth vlog of my time. The venue has two parts but they are separated by a step and unfortunately, this is also where the toilet is situated; I also would guess there's no disabled toilet. The food was excellent and for the price, very filling. A lunch time menu of curry and rice was £6.95. Inside the first part, there is space to manoeuvre but on a busy period the turning space would be difficult. However, the staff couldn't do enough for me and spoke excellent English.
Transport & Parking
No dedicated parking, and none nearby - public parking situated down the road with disabled bays, in both directions from the restaurant. As I said, I don't believe there's a disabled toilet.
Access
A step inside separating the two rooms will limit where you can sit. If busy, turning is tight.
Toilets
I did not see one or use the one here, and I believe there's not one anyway (other than a run of the mill one).
Staff
Excellent staff and very helpful. Maybe because i was talking a little Thai, but they had very good English anyway.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
This is, in my opinion, the better of the two restaurants for ambiance and taste - price wise it is comparable, but overall I enjoyed the food more here.
