Needs a lot of work

Overview
Parking spaces are sufficient but staff attitudes towards disabled spaces and individuals need readdressing.
Transport & Parking
A fair amount of disabled parking spaces and there is nearly always a spot available. The shop is also next to the towns train station and across the road from a bus stop so general access is good.
Access
Toilets
Appauling attitudes! The cord is constantly being knotted up or twisted around something so is not allowed to fall to the floor. I have also personally experienced having to wait for quite a while as someone (able bodied) was using the toilet as to try on clothes. This visit I actually heard a staff member tell a customer that there are no changing rooms so to go buy the item and use the disabled toilet to try it on then they can return if needed so this behaviour is explicitly encouraged by the company.
Staff
I have been here on many occasions with varying ability and mobility. Staff at tills are patient and friendly. However, on days I could barely stand and also one occasion when I was actively on the floor no staff member even acknowledged my existence nevermind offered any help.
