Overview
When I arrived all the covid queue and distancing measures were in place. The staff member at the front was particularly informative about many customers where in store, there would be a minimal wait, did I require assistance to go round, to pick, pack and check out. Require a small trolly, pull along or hand basket.
Transport & Parking
As a bus user there is more than adequate services within the current service restrictions, the services are 11, 16, and 101, these service are all chassis drop, with ramp and double door one at the front, the exit in the middle.You are permitted to exit the front door to exit using the chassis drop. The bus stops southbound 75 meters, northbound 40 meters from the store. There are audio and blind crossing on the road crossings all 20 meters from store.
Access
All on one level with ample and good communicative staff, before entering and once inside the store, given distancing and directional signage. The store is small with only 6 aisles and fixtures on each end, but more than spacious.
Toilets
There are none.
Staff
Very supportive, very proactive, communicative and aware of my blindness and keen to be of assistance. Very reassuring in this current situation.

Fully covid compliant with sanitising aids at entrance / exit points and within the store, staff wearing gloves and masks with gloves.
