Over priced service station but does have good access if you park in the right place!

Overview

I parked right by what thought was the front door because there was an extra wide, but not wheelchair designated, parking space. There is ample wheelchair accessible parking by the actual main entrance which also has much more level an entrance!

I used the wrong entrance which was steep, the doors were not automatic and it was challenging to get in.

The services are single story and level throughout, there are ample Accessible WC/s but I did not use them.

The queue was enormous as expected at 5pm on BH Friday. There staff were rushed and gave pretty poor customer service in the restaurant, could not help me get a tray to my table and 50% of the food had run out and was going to be 30 mins before restocked. The £14 small lasagne was good, I would not rush back for it...
