There is a "secret" lift that you can use in order to get up to the walking path across the bridge.
Transport & Parking
No parking spaces.
Access
I didn't see many signs to the lift - I guess that's why they call it an "secret" lift. There is a lift up to the path.
Toilets
No toilets so I can't comment.
