Ladies Who Lunch

Overview
I met up for lunch with 2 girlfriends - this place is ideally situated for the 3 of us to meet. A lovely looking building befitting the grandeur name. Dis parking is tricky - there is only one bay on the level of reception, the car park area is down a steep slope. The accessible toilet doesn't have a red emergency cord and on the day I visited the baby changing table had fallen and took up half the room making it difficult to manoeuvre my scooter. The meal I had (Healthy Greek Salad - or something similar) had ingredients missing from that described in the menu. We were served by BEV - who was very helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. I'm not sure about the rest of the hotel but the reception and bar area were very tired-looking and dated.
Transport & Parking
I drove and, sorry, have no idea about public transport. Parking is tricky as only one dis bay exists on the same level as reception.
Access
There is a ramp into the reception area but no automatic doors into the building.
Toilets
No emergency cord, room was tricky to manoeuvre in because the baby changing table was not fixed on the day I visited and took up half the room.
Staff
All that I came across were helpful and friendly especially our waitress BEV.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
A dated reception and bar area, I'm not able to comment on the rest of the hotel.
