Overview
Very good access to the front of the station and the platforms with easy to read electronic signs. Also good clear signposting to platforms.
Transport & Parking
Lots of buses pass the front of the station. There is a taxi rank close to the station too. Reasonable level access from the station to the town centre.
Access
Signs at this station are very clear using white text on a black background. There is lift access to all platforms. It is fairly easy to get around. There is a First help desk on platform 3, but it didn't looked like there was anyone there. The ticket machines First use are not very good and inconsistent in terms of accessibility across their network. In Swindon they use a Qwerty keyboard with pink and white. In Maidenhead I noticed a green on a lighter green used. Not good at all.
Toilets
I was on platform 3 (towards London platform) and could only find non disabled toilets. I couldn't see any sign pointing to a disabled loo.
Staff
I didn't speak to the staff at this station
