Overview
The venue is easily accessible, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only possible drawback is the lack of parking near to the venue.
Transport & Parking
We travelled in our WAV, and arrived very early as we knew that parking options were limited, though we did manage to get one of 3 disabled spaces a couple of minutes away. There are no parking spaces at all at the venue, but public car parks around old town do have some disabled spaces though these can be 10-15 minutes away. There is a reasonable bus service along Devizes Road, though this does not run very late in the evening.
Access
There is step-free access to the building, with automatic doors. The cafe on the ground floor is easily accessible. Entry to the auditorium is from the first floor, which was easily accessed via a lift. A seat had been removed from one of the front rows to accommodate my wheelchair and we had an excellent view of the stage
Toilets
easy to access on the ground floor.
Staff
The staff were all friendly and helpful, including the box office staff when booking our tickets.
