Overview
Small, friendly park catering for caravans, tents and lodges on site. Adjacent to West Lyn river with constant rushing waters which likely to be heard anywhere on site. I use wheelchair for distance but don't need one all the time. Slope access to a purpose-built lodge, also with a hot tub if you can get in it! Parking for one vehicle next to accommodation. Outside private seating next to the river. Plenty of room in main room for full time wheelchair user and smashing wet room with higher loo and hand rails. No seat in shower though. Photos of Waterside Lodge show a shower seat. However (and I appreciate everyone has different needs) the two sofas were both too low for me (no footstool or pouffe to rest legs) and the double bed was too high and difficult to get into. We ended up coming home early as I was so uncomfortable.
Transport & Parking
We drove, parked alongside the lodge. It's a very hilly site if you're going beyond your lodge or the shop area.
Access
I didn't see any obvious disabled access beyond our lodge.

Staff
We saw one staff member, he was fine. I contacted them twice whilst there via email hoping to get a footstool. Unfortunately they were unable to provide. They did help with the central heating though.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Very COVID aware including later access at start of holiday and earlier exit at end to facilitate deep cleaning between clients. Also, we were asked to wash up, strip our beds and bag linens (I'd always strip the beds anyway as I feel it saves housekeeping time). We were also asked to leave windows open to air property.
