Overview

I visited today with my Mum and my son (6 years old). I am an essential wheelchair user and had a fantastic day taking my son. The park is wined for children under 10. Out of the 9 rides there, I went on 5 and although not the easiest to transfer into, I have good upper body strength so could transfer. The staff were so helpful and the paths and building all accessible.

Access

Very flat park with smooth tracks to go on, accessible buildings. Parks for children were good to get about in around and under the play equipment.

Toilets

Very clean toilets, good number of disabled loos and no baby change in the same toilet, which really helped to keep waiting for the toilet to a minimal.

Staff

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Really went above and beyond and very happy to help me where needed.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

They do a good queue assist program tor the rides. The whole place felt quiet which was great for my son who has additional needs.
