Not the most accessible salon that I've ever been to

Overview
From an accessibility point of view, disappointing. Staff keen to help, but lack of an entry ramp and accessible loo are a deal breaker really.
Transport & Parking
Free parking on the street directly outside. Sorry, don't know NB so can't comment on car parks or public transport.
Access
A couple of steps and a door frame to get up and over. The steps are a couple of inches high. Staff were keen to help but clearly weren't experienced in doing so - which is obviously not their fault at all. They said that they'd raised the need for a ramp with the owner but nothing had happened. Lots of room inside (in the open plan nail salon bit anyway), with moveable nail stations and staff keen to move the furniture to assist.
Toilets
I was told that the loo was down 'a hundred stairs'. I wouldn't have hydrated myself so thoroughly before my visit if I'd known that!
Staff
Nice ladies, chatty and friendly, if a little lacking in boundaries! Very keen to help me in any way that they could.
