Overview
Disgraceful stinking disabled toilets at Stratford station, London. Wall panels rotten from the bottom up and soaked in urine from the smell of it. TFL you must do better.

The disabled loo is hidden behind the lift shaft from the walkway, signage is reasonable. The door requires a RADAR key to open it. There are two doors to get through - and they are incredibly heavy. I have good upper body strength & I can barely open them. Once in the toilet the wall of stench hits you. I've been in this loo twice this month unfortunately. I've had no choice after getting off a 2 hour train with no loo. It stank just as bad both times. The problem seems to be that the wall panels have rotted at the bottom and become soaked with urine. Has grab rails and alarm cord

Please try to avoid this toilet at all costs. TFL you need to do urgent repairs on this. (Yes I did complaint direct to TFL but no response as yet). It is completely unacceptable for this toilet to be in such a poor state.
