Overview
Arriving at Stratford Station, not to be confused with the International Station, it feels confusing but the staff were great in helping point out the accessible routes.
Transport & Parking
Quite a hub of transport as it's an overground station and underground. It's near to the DLR station, International Station and the many bus stops. There's plenty of car parking at the adjacent Westfield Centre.
Access
The step-free feature for boarding trains isn't perfect as there is a bit of a height difference. I'd describe it as being similar to going up a small kerb - the trick for me was to keep moving. When getting on look out for the wheelchair spaces - they're marked with signs.
Toilets
Didn't notice any but I wasn't looking so there may be some. There are plenty of accessible toilets in the adjacent Westfield Centre; as well as a changing places toilet.
Staff
Excellent - staff were quick to offer assistance. Quite happy to provide an escort to the tube / train.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The Jubilee Line worked well fir me travelling to various stations between Stratford and Waterloo.
