This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Powerchair
Overview
Just a word of warning, the two accessible facilities near to Docklands light Railway and the Jubilee line are out of action and you will have to go through the subway at the Jubilee line in order to access the appropriate toilet. Signage is terrible to the alternative accessible toilet. So if you are a Power-chair use like myself you will have to endure the bucket lift- you know keep your hand on the button inside the tube. be warned though once you are in the subway it is a very long way to access the proper lift and at the end near the escalators, don't be surprised if you get no help from Transport for London Staff as they haven't got a clue. You will have to have sufficient credit on your oyster card as in effect you are paying to access the facilities at Westerfield shopping centre, the concierge staff are excellent and a cleaner helped me into the toilet, a bit tight in space, so if you have larger power chair then you are going to have fun, my advise is to fold your foot plate up in you can as you will get stuck when turning.
