No steps, everything well signposted, automatic doors. Slightly steep slope down to entrance, making exit difficult for someone self propelling a wheelchair. .staff assist with access to flight via amubulift

Easy to find, plenty of room to access and turn wheelchair. Modern clean , plenty grabrails

All staff very helpful and considerate, go over and above to give consideration and any assistance required

Best airport I have visited, reducing my normal anxieties re travelling. Only airport I have been that had high seating with armrests in the waiting area for assistance. Top marks Stornoway!
