Great music festival shame about the accessible camping

Overview
Absolutely amazing live music festival, unless you do not have additional needs. The accessible camping area was next to the VIP area where there were lots of hot showers, running water and a large amount of toilets The allocated accessible camping area had 3 accessible loos, no direct access to running water, no showers, my other half did enquire if these could be used by people with additional needs and was told these were for VIP guest use only. I did email the event organisers to ask about the facilities and was basically told to use the general camping areas facilities, which would be great for able-bodied guest
