Overview
From the car park it was obvious Stirling council is not concerned with people, and certainly not the less able of their area, it did improve once inside the building though.
Transport & Parking
Didn't immediately find the disabled parking spaces as they're all covered in tree branches. Once parked the ground was slippy to walk on to get to the front door, and had so many branches to trip over and a kerb at the space I parked in. I'd been there a month before and it was just as bad then. It felt very risky just trying to get from the car into the building without falling over because of all the bits of trees everywhere. I've given a low score because of the treacherous journey just to get into the building.
Access
Level access in and plenty of seating once inside. Didn't notice any accessible signage but there was a note and a number to call instead of a reception, it wasn't immediatelyobvious. It was a bit scarey as there was a dark area inside and nobody around, I'd try not to go on my own again. A staff member clming in with her lunch eventually found who I was meeting for me. Low score is also based on there being no reception and the dark area inside the entrance.
Toilets
I passed an accessible toilet with radar lock.
Staff
The lady who helped me find who i was meeting was lovely. Once I eventually met the arranged person she was nice, and very helpful once I explained I had an invisible disability.
