Overview
I love stills, they always have good photography exhibitions on and downstairs you can do classes, which always has tempted me. I visited the space during Disabled Access Day and throughly enjoyed learning about the exhibition and the way it was displayed.
Transport & Parking
It's about a 3 minute minute walk from North Bridge - if you go through the steps free arcade, plenty of buses go pass here, I can think of Lothian buses - 5, 7, 8, 14, 49. There's others I'm less familiar with. Its about the same distance from Waverley Station, its up a rather steep street through.
Access
Its on Cockburn Street, and therefore on a slope. There is no threshold on entrance door and although their is two levels on the exhibition spaces with steps, I know wheelchair users were able to get down by a ramp provided. All edges and changes in step levels all appropriately marked and coloured.
Toilets
Did not use.
Staff
Very helpful, welcoming and were really excited to tell us of the history of the building, what they do and the exhibitions that were on!

If you are like me and have a low attention spam, this is the perfect place to visit and pop into the Old Town as its cool but small!
