A Good Coffee Stop

This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid, Wheelchair, Powerchair, Hidden Impairment
Overview
The entrance/exit is a button-operated automatic door. The lower floor consists of high bar tables with a few regular tables, which can be difficult to find space at during busy times, but have otherwise been fine to use in both my powerchair and my manual wheelchair. The staff are very helpful and will always bring your order to your table should you need them to do so. The fridge is at a good height for wheelchair users. There is a RADAR accessible toilet on the lower floor, which unfortunately I have found to be out of order quite often.
Transport & Parking
The shop is located just outside of Intu Chapelfield, which has ample disabled parking spaces as well as easy access to Shopmobility. It is also located right beside some of the main bus stops.
Access
The entrance/exit is a button-operated automatic door, up a small ramp. There is a fair amount of space to move around on the lower floor, and the tables are a good height for wheelchair access. The fridge is also at a good height, although the counter is a little high. There is additional seating, but it's up a flight of stairs
Toilets
The RADAR accessible toilet is often out of order. When the baby changing table is folded up there is just enough room to be able to turn in a powerchair, and a carer would be pushed for space with larger wheelchairs. The hygiene of the toilet has been variable, due to it also being a baby change facility
Staff
Staff are always very helpful and always bring my order over to my table when I am unable to carry it safely myself
