Disappointing for a brand new build

Overview
Cramped building with heavy front door and no open button. Counters are rather high. Chairs create a kind of slalom where you inevitably hit into stuff. Bathroom had bad placement of cord; right in the corner where it was unreachable and it was pretty dark. Staff unresponsive to individual needs (husband nearly fell over trying to carry drinks). Drinks were standard Starbucks fodder but not on par with most Starbucks we visit
Transport & Parking
We parked in the front but there were only 2 blue badge spaces
Access
While there aren’t any steps the incline was quite steep. The front door was very heavy and the chairs were very close together making Wheelchair access through them impossible without a snow plough & the counters were rather high.
Toilets
Bathroom had bad placement of cord; right in the corner where it was unreachable, it was also tied around the grab rail. It was a shared baby change so the bins made it pretty un-manoeuvrable with a chair & it was pretty dark.
Staff
They were pretty dismissive and focusing on the drive through headsets making it very confusing for people with hearing impairment. They didn’t help my husband (who has sight impairment in one eye and is very unsteady on his feet) with carrying our drinks, even being reluctant to give him a tray.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
This is unsubstantiated but there was a car in one of the 2 blue badge spaces without a blue badge, it might have been staff as there was complete turn around of customers while we were there and it didn’t move
