Overview
Starbucks is a big chain, so you know what you're getting - which can be good for planning for some people. The venue is accessible, although the doors to get in are quite heavy and not automatic. They don't have an accessible toilet, and the next nearest one is a five minute walk to one of the shopping centres. So it's ok if you're getting something to go, but might not be able to sit and enjoy your food and drink.
Transport & Parking
In town, so makes it easy with public transport, but less easy with a car due to lack of parking spaces in the city centre.
Access
Step free access, but heavy double doors to open to get into the venue. Quite a small place so might be difficult to navigate depending on equipment etc.
Toilets
Did not have one. "It's a listed building so can't put one in".
Staff
Staff were very friendly - very happy to discuss disability access, and apologised for lack of accessible toilet. Made an effort to find out where the nearest ones were. Very very happy with the staff I spoke to (Nathan was particularly helpful).
