Easily accessible cafe, with some outside tables

Overview
This branch is ideal for a wheelchair user. It is on a large retail park with a lot of parking.
Transport & Parking
The cafe has its own dedicated parking area, with about three Blue Badge spaces. Oddly, they are not the spaces closest to the building. (Picture 10 - the cars shown are in the disabled spaces.) The lowered kerb is in front of these spaces. Your instinct is to head straight for the building but there is not a lowered kerb there. When you go along the pavement from the lowered kerb the paving stones are very loose and wobbly, though I shouldn't think that area is Starbucks' responsibility.
Access
The whole area is level inside and out. When we visited recently the door was propped open. On a previous visit it opened automatically as we approached. There are also buttons to press to open it - all very easy for a wheelchair user. Inside it is spacious with enough room to push a chair down by the counter and between tables. I've taken a half star off because there are several outside tables round the corner from the door which are not accessible as there is a table so close to the corner and the area is narrow. Toilets
There is a drop down rail on one side and a horizontal one attached to the wall on the other. The red cord goes to the floor and there is even a notice saying to pull it for assistance., There is room for a wheelchair user and assistant. Although there is a right angled turn to enter the toilet the corridor is wide enough to make the turn without having to lift the back of the chair.
Staff
On a busy hot day they were very efficient, cheerful and pleasant.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Sitting outside you have a very good view of low flying aeroplanes arriving or departing Glasgow Airport depending on the wind direction. This can be quite interesting but the noise and the nearness of the cafe to Great Western Road mean that those sensitive to sound would be better sitting inside. There were dogs both inside and out. There is also a drive through though the entrance is beyond the car park. This branch of Starbucks is on a large retail estate with other fast food restaurants and big stores including Sainsburys, B and Q and Currys.
