Overview
Easy and level access into the shop the only issue is it's fairly tightly packed with tables. There is a decent accessible loo.

Parking in the Eastgate centre carpark.

Decent sized accessible loo - it's just quite tight to get round to it.
Staff
Staff were friendly enough but were very busy!

It was very busy when I went but i'd be happy coming back when it's quieter and a bit less hectic. Free wifi available.
