Overview
The drinks menu has lots of options for those with a milk allergy/intolerance - milk alternatives are available and are free. (I love their dairy free squirty cream!) Few to no food options depending on your allergies/intolerances unfortunately which for a big chain is surprising that they don’t have free from food options. It’s generally clean whenever we go including in the toilet. Staff are friendly and helpful. When I suggested a table or something in the disabled toilet for those with catheters or stomas etc they put one in that day which was impressive.
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking available. There’s also a drive thru.
Access
Easy enough to get around inside in my wheelchair. Outside I can’t wheel on the path because the bins and bollards are an obstruction. Step free access though the door was heavy and I had to get my PA to open it for me. I could see most of the food display cabinets except the top shelves from my wheelchair. Some items were out of reach. The menu was a little hard to read but staff were helpful. Food allergy book available on request but staff were knowledgeable on allergens.
Toilets
Spacious accessible toilet with plenty of grab rails. A table was put in on request to give people a surface to use if needed for catheter or stoma etc supplies. Enough space for a carer. Red cord hanging freely and was working.
Staff
Staff were friendly and helpful though one time we visited and I had a seizure the staff didn’t seem clued up on protocol such as filling in an incident book or asking my PA if she needed assistance.
