Overview
Modern, step free shopping centre next to the National Records of Scotland and the east end of Princess Street. This review is based on a quick walk through. I only went into Starbuck, which I have done a separate review of, and then walked through to St Andrew's Square tram stop from my hotel. It's more to let people know it's there rather than an in depth review. However, I was impressed with what I saw.
Transport & Parking
The shopping centre is a couple of minutes walk from Waverley Train Station. There are several buses routes that stop close by. St Andrew's Tram Stop is a couple of minutes away via a level walk.
Access
The shopping centre does not have entrance doors and has step free access via lifts. There are also escalators. There is bench seating with back support throughout the building. I did not go into any of the individual shops so I am unable to comment about them.
Toilets
I didn't see or use them, but they were signposted.
Staff
Didn't have any interaction with the staff. However, some of the times I walked thought there were cleaners.

This was an unexpected and very pleasant discovery. Great location. Felt safe even walking through in the evening when the shops were closed. It's a great cut though to St Andrew's Square tram stop, as it's undercover, level walk and when you exit, just walk along Multrees Walk, a pedestrian shopping street, and St James's Square is at the end of the street. Very happy to return and very accessible.
