Overview
The manor of the people was disgraceful. And the access was appalling. You only get to see 20% of the park if your mobility is impaired. The ramp was ridiculously steep and very dangerous and the other ramp had a full sized used skip that wheelchair users would not get passed. I would advise the owners of the park to have a look at the access and resolve these issues. We came all the way from Aberdeen to see the park after checking with the reception on the phone and their website and this was confirmed we would see 75% of the park. I would NOT advise any wheel chair or pram users to visit St Andrews aquarium due to all the above issues and the way I was treated because I was in a wheel chair. Once I had stated to the staff member that this was not good enough I was told by the member of staff "we don't really provide for power chair users" all I wanted was a simple apology for my wasted day, time and petrol. I have photographs of this skip and will be taking this matter further.
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking provided.
Access
Ramps were steep and blocked by obstacles. There were steps even where wheelchairs were meant to be able access.
Toilets
Did not check out the toilets.
Staff
Staff were rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic about the lack of access.
