Overview
Staff are very nice, but was there for nearly 3.5 hours because of my own appointment and my daughter’s appointment. So I asked to use the toilet, but was told no toilet available to public anymore. I was told the nearest public toilets was in the council car park approximately 300 yards away. My carer took me round there and it had 3 steps up to it so was inaccessible to wheelchair users. 😢
Transport & Parking
No venue car park. Have to use disabled badge on yellow line. There is a bus stop nearby for those who can use public transport.
Access
Slight ramp so accessible for wheelchair. No lift to upper floor so need to have appointment on ground floor. There is seating available.
Toilets
N/A no toilet on premises any longer.
Staff
Staff are always welcoming and kind.
