Overview

First time at the shop, everyone was helpful and plenty of room.

Transport & Parking

Space to be dropped off outside, plenty of room to park.

Access

Flat entrance, no steps. Staff came to open the door for me. It looked small but I think this was just because of all of the stands with the glasses. There is plenty of room to move about in the shop and in the test room. I could even turn my power chair around. There were 2 small bins that were in the way but not a big issue.

The staff were good, they were helpful, they came up and blethered away to you, they helped me pick my glasses and they even helped my carer with her glasses - one of the legs was loose and they went and sorted it!
