We love going to Southport but well i feel it is time to give it a wide birth, there are disabled toilets but unfortunately your radar key does not give you access to these, after speaking to my MP who contacted the council this was there reply to him . I can advise it was a Council decision made many years ago when the DANFO toilets were brought in, it was a one size fits all approach which would neither advantage nor disadvantage any members of the public wishing to use the facilities”.I am very sorry this will not be the response you were hoping for, and the reply received is not one I would have expected.
