Access was pain free from leaving the car to getting in the sit-ski!

Transport & Parking

There is plenty of accessible parking which is patrolled so there is generally spaces available.

Access

The main lift was out of order on our visit, but there was the option of another lift or going straight through to the snow factor on ground level.

Toilets

I didn't use the toilet but a friend did and found it suited his needs perfectly (also a wheelchair user).

Staff

Very knowleadgable staff on hand from DSUK who were able to assist in everything from the transfer into the sit-ski through to the lesson on the slope itself.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The lift may have proved a negative in another venue, but there were so many other options put in place it at Soad Braehead that it has ended up being one of the most positive things I have taken away from the day - gold star for promoting great access.
