Overview
Getting into, and around the ground floor is easy, but if you're after vinyl records, they're all in the basement which is reachable only via a staircase.
Transport & Parking
This shop is very near Oxford Street, served by zillions of buses. There are not step-free stations nearby, though when the new Tottenham Court Road station opens c. 2017 you will have step-free access to the tube just a couple of blocks away.
Access
The entrance is step-free and it's possible to get to all areas of the ground floor. Some stock is too high to see or reach, but staff will help with that. All vinyl records are in the basement, which is reachable only via a staircase.
Toilets
This small record shop is not the sort of place where you'd expect to find a toilet.
Staff
The staff are friendly, and they amused me by making catty comments to each other about musicians and bands they particularly dislike.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
This is a small shop in an old Victorian building, so it would be difficult to install a lift to the basement. Despite the difficulties over the basement, I would still recommend this shop to wheelchair users, and if there's any vinyl you particularly want, the staff will certainly help by fetching it for you.
